Because of our impeccable reputation and integrity, there was significant client demand to extend our services to provide FFA procurement. As a result, in 2016 FAID Procurement became an integral part of our project delivery services. We bring the same integrated approach to procurement and provide clients a more simplified, one-stop delivery approach. Because we are intimately familiar with the project design, we are sure to maintain the original design intent and because of our long-standing relationships with industry providers, we will deliver within project budget parameters.

ALICE JOSEPH-LIMER | FOUNDING PRINCIPAL & CEO
Alice is a licensed Interior Designer with a Master of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design, followed by 25+ years of professional practice.
Born in East Africa, raised in India and the Middle East and professionally trained and educated in the United States, Alice has a unique insight to, and ability to draw from, many cultural references. Through this broad international exposure and proven leadership skills, Alice has developed a collaborative design process and humanist aesthetic which are at the core of Fusion A.I. Design’s success. As the Design Director for Fusion A.I. Design, this insight, along with her keen ability to understand client vision, as well as her expertise in problem definition and creative problem solving, leads to enduring results that inspire with their beautiful realization of form, color, light and materials within parameters of operational practicality, budgets, schedules and Client/Franchise expectations.

DAVID LIMER | PRINCIPAL & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
David Limer holds a Master of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Art degree in Studio Art. As the COO and co-Design Director for the Fusion studio, David adds the invaluable expertise of being a Registered Architect (AIA) and LEED Accredited Professional with many years of experience managing multi-million dollar projects.
From the completion of detailed documentation through Construction Administration, David oversees production and leads the development of all specialty features generated for our custom projects. With his background in art and architecture, along with his passion for nature and the environment, David not only has the professional ability to bring a project to successful completion but also the creative perspective to do so while reinforcing the inspiration and vision of where the project began. David’s commitment to the preservation of our natural environment ensures the implementation of environmentally responsible design choices while working within project and budget constraints.

ELAINE DONNELLY | ASSOCIATE & PROJECT MANAGER
Elaine Donnelly is a Licensed Sr. Interior Designer at Fusion A.I. Design, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. Her proficiency in technology, extensive design experience, and her open communication manner are key to project coordination, leadership, and creativity in the studio.
With a strong knowledge of project expectations and custom design capabilities, Elaine has been responsible for collaborating & managing many hospitality projects which include New Construction, Renovations, Conversions, and Prototypes. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with fellow Designers, Developers, and Architects to produce cohesive design packages while remaining budget-conscious.
